If you change your workout from a

HIIT workout to a cardiovascular
endurance workout, what would you
expect to see in the heart rate? Why?

Answer:

HIIT workouts are anaerobic, and cardiovascular endurance workouts are usually aerobic, depending on how much you work out. If you changed speed and switched to a different workout immediately after what you did before, your heart rate would increase, and you would experience pain on the side of your abdominal. It can be because your body isn’t used to the change in speed and endurance.
