A circle with radius 3.8 centimeters is contained inside a rectangle that is 9 centimeters by 18 centimeters. If a point is chosen at random what is the probability, to the nearest hundredth, that the point lies outside the circle but inside the rectangle? Round to the nearest hundredth.

The area of the circle is 3.8^2 * pi = 45.3416

The area of the rectangle is 9 * 18 = 162

45.3416 / 162 = 0.28
