Answer:

B) 25

C) 10

Explanation:

B) f(5) is following f(x) and is basically another form of y

To solve this just plug in 5 as x

y + 2 = 3((5) + 4)

y + 2 = 3(9)

y + 2 = 27

y = 25

C) To find the slope we have to find the slope-intercept form of the equation or y = mx + b

y + 2 = 3(x + 4)

y + 2 = 3x + 12

y = 3x + 10

10 is b, aka the y-intercept
