Circuit has battery, lamp, resistor, wires. Electrons flow negative to positive, current opposite.

1. Types of components:

Battery: Supplies electrical energy to the circuit. (Image of Battery)

Resistor: Limits the flow of current in the circuit. (Image of Resistor)

Lamp: Converts electrical energy to light energy. (Image of Lamp)

Wires: Conduct electricity and connect the components in the circuit. (Image of Wires)

2. Number of components:

One battery

One resistor

One lamp

Two wires

3. Direction of electron flow:Electrons flow from the negative terminal of the battery, through the lamp and resistor, and then back to the positive terminal of the battery.

4. Direction of current: Current is the flow of positively charged particles, so it flows in the opposite direction of electron flow. In this circuit, the current flows from the positive terminal of the battery, through the lamp and resistor, and then back to the negative terminal of the battery.
