There would be 27 ounces of flour

Explanation:

The ratio is 7:3 for sugar to flour.

I divided the 63 ounces of sugar by 7 to earn 9

Now, I multiplied 9 by 3 to get 27

Now thee ratio is 63:27

If you divide 7 and 3 you will get 2.3 repeating

If you divide 63 and 27 you will also get 2.3 repeating
