6x+8y=20

(-8)8x+y=18

6x+8y=20

-64x-8y=-144

-58x=-124

x= 124/58

x= 62/29

replace 62/29 in 8x+y=18

496/29 + y= 18

y= -496/29 +18

y= -496/29 + 522/29

y= 26/29

(62/29; 26/29)
