Answer:

Quarters = 10

Dimes = 13

Explanation:

Given that :

Quarters = $0.25

Dimes = $0.10

Total value =. $3.80

Let :

Quarters = a

Dimes = a + 3 (3 more dimes Than quarters)

0.25a + 0.10(a + 3) = 3.80

0.25a + 0.10a + 0.3 = 3.80

0.35a = 3.80 - 0.3

0.35a = 3.5

a = 3.5 / 0.35

a = 10

Quarters = a = 10

Dimes = a + 3 = 10 + 3 = 13
