f(x) has a greater y-intercept. g(x) has a greater relative maximum value.

How to determine the xy-intercept and relative maximum on the graph.

The xy-intercept is a point on the graph on which y is zero in order to determine the x-intercept and where x is zero to determine the y-intercept.

For the first graph of f(x), to determine the y-intercept, we need to set x to be equal to zero. When x is zero, we can see that y is equal to zero on the graph. Thus, y-intercept = 0.

So, if y-intercept for f(x) = 0 and y-intercept for g(x) = -3. Then, the y-intercept for f(x) is greater than g(x).

Similarly, the relative maximum value is the local maximum where the graph reaches a peak before changing direction to increase or decrease. From the left side to the right side, the relative maximum is (1.5,5). It shows that the relative maximum for g(x) is greater than f(x).
