  • 3 Times x - Since there is an unknown variable (x), we can simply write the multiplication as 3x. "Plus 4" is also mentioned, so we write the first part as (3x + 4).
  • No Less Than - This simply means "<".
  • 4 Times the Sum of X and 1 - We can write this as 4(x + 1), considering we are adding an x variable to 1, however also multiplying. To organize this, we add parenthesis.

Hence, the final expression would be written as:
