In this discussion I would like you to share what you think employers are going to have to do to recruit employees into entry level jobs . I have noticed " help wanted " and " hiring now " signs in many service and retail businesses . In fact I know of businesses who have reduced their hours of operation because they cannot hire employees . Why are employers having a hard time finding employees ? What do employees need / want from employers ? What has to change , if anything ?
