SCO Holding’s Company is looking to implement a new Violence & Harassment in the Workplace training program which they want to roll out to the entire organization. SCO Holding’s Company has an employee base of 3,200 employees which are dispersed over three different continents (North American, Europe & Asia). They organization is comprised of Baby Boomers, GEN X, Millennials and GEN Z and many of the employees have been with the company for 15+ plus years. The leadership team feels that the best training delivery option is through an online (pre-recorded) webinar to be completed during the workweek at 12:00pm (EST).
