A:-3/4+(1/3×6/1)+1/2

=3/4+2+1/2

=3+2/4 +2

=5/4+2

Explanation:

First you have to solve the equation in the parenthesis.

1/3 divided by 1/6 = 2

3/4 + 2 = 11/4 or in decimal form: 2.75

11/4 - (-1/2) btw... the subtraction and the negative together cancel out and become addition.

11/4 + 1/2 = 13/4 or in decimal form 3.25
