The value of x is 21.6 and the value of y is 119.

As shown in the figure, angle 119 and angle (5x+11) are alternate angles. Alternate angles are angles that occur on opposite sides of the transversal line and have the same size. Alternate angles are equal, so:

5x+11=119

5x=119-11

5x=108

x=108/5

x=21.6

Therefore, the value of x is 21.6

Also, angle (5x+11) and y are corresponding angles and corresponding angles are equal. so,

5x+11=y

5(21.6)+11=y

108+11=y

y=119

Therefore, The value of y is
119\textdegree
