4x - 3y<9
x+3y>6

Explanation:

its the same as saying..

4x - 3y = 9

x + 3y = 6

add both equation together

5x = 15

i.e X = 3

substitute x= 3 in equation 2

3 + 3y = 6

3y = 3

divide both sides by 3

y = 1
