3 \cdot (5\cdot x) is equivalent using the commutative property of multiplication.

5 \cdot 3+x\cdot 3 is not equivalent because the distributive property is not applicable here.

5 \cdot (x \cdot 3) is equivalent using the associative property of multiplication.

15x is equivalent because
(5)(3)(x)=15x.

5 \cdot 3 \cdot x \cdot 3 is not equivalent because the extra factor of 3 was arbitrarily introduced.
