Divide the numerator with the denominator so 13 divided by 25
25 doesn’t go into 13 so add a decimal (also since 25 doesn’t go into 13 you put a 0) and after that put a 0 then 25 only goes into “130” 5 times and that’s 125 so 130-125=5 since there is a remainder add another zero to the 13.0 (13.00) then bring down the zero to the 5 and now you have 50 so now 25 goes into 50 2 times so 50-50=0.
