The missing angles and side of the triangle are:

m∠G = 29°

m∠J = 71°

HJ = 7.7

How to use Trigonometric ratios?

There are three main trigonometric ratios which are:

sin x = opposite/hypotenuse

cos x = adjacent/hypotenuse

tan x = opposite/adjacent

Using trigonometric ratios, we can say that:

14/16 = cos G

mG = cos⁻¹(14/16)

m∠G = 29°

Thus:

m∠J = 90° - 29°

m∠J = 71°

Using pythagoras theorem, we have:

HJ = √(16² - 14²)

HJ = 7.7
