20 because 360 full divided by 18 = 20

if we take 360 to be the 100%, what's 18 off of it in percentage?

\begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 360 & 100\\ 18& x \end{array} \implies \cfrac{360}{18}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{x}\implies 20=\cfrac{100}{x} \\\\\\ 20x=100\implies x=\cfrac{100}{20}\implies x=5
