Answer:

Pie chart.

Explanation:

A pie chart can be defined as a form of graphical representation that involves the division of a circle into various sectors which represents or depicts a proportion of the circle respectively.

In Mathematics, a random variable can be defined as any variable whose values are determined by the outcome of a random experiment.

Basically, random variables are classified into two (2) main categories and these are;

I. Quantitative random variable (data): these are variables that are numerical in nature. For example, the value of a fair die, number of sweets in a jar, number of eggs in a crate etc.

II. Qualitative random variable (data): these includes variables that are non-numerical in nature i.e they are categorical. For example, the color of a car, gender, shapes etc.

Hence, pie chart is a type of graphic display which is used for qualitative data because they are non-numerical in nature.
