I would like to get the benefits of absorbing Magnesium by using either Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) or magnesium chloride and the benefit that lectric soda (sodium carbonate) has on sore, tired muscles. Can either or both forms of magnesium and lectric soda be put in a bath together and remain in their original forms to act as they do individually or will they react and form something that won’t do anything or worse do something undesirable?

Final answer:

Both Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) and lectric soda (sodium carbonate) can be safely mixed in a bath to enjoy their individual benefits without undesirable reactions. Epsom salts can relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and relieve soreness, while lectric soda can help relieve muscle soreness and fatigue.

Step-by-step explanation:

The combination of Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) or magnesium chloride and lectric soda (sodium carbonate) in a bath will not react to form something undesirable. Both forms of magnesium and lectric soda can be put in a bath together and will remain in their original forms, acting individually to provide their specific benefits.

Epsom salts, which is magnesium sulphate, can be absorbed through the skin and is commonly used to relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and relieve soreness. Lectric soda, or sodium carbonate, can also help relieve muscle soreness and fatigue.

So, you can safely mix Epsom salts or magnesium chloride with lectric soda in a bath to enjoy the benefits provided by both substances.
