Answer:

5/6 or 83.33%

Explanation:

so a die has 6 sides right? So the probability for it TO LAND ON ONE is 1/6 which is 16.67% but for it to not land on one is the remainder of the fraction which is 5/6 also equal to 83.33%

Answer: 5/6

Explanation:

It depends on the amount of sides on a dice, but I am assuming 6 for this equation.

Since there are 6 sides to a dice and 6 numbers, put the denominator as 6.

___

6

And if you want the probability that it will NOT land on 1, then subtract 1 from 6, since thats the one side you do not want to land on (hope that made sense). So, you get 5. Now, put 5 as the numerator on top.

5

___

6

(Sorry this looks weird only way to make the fraction look okay)

Divide 5 by 6, given the equation above, and you get 0.83 (in percent (__/__ x100 = percent of whatever you’re trying to find) 83%). If you wanted percent, there you go. But most likely, you want to just keep it in fraction form of 5/6.
