well, the value was actually "x", which oddly enough is the 100%, but we also know that 30 is 20% of that, so


\begin{array}{ccll} Amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} x & 100\\ 30& 20 \end{array} \implies \cfrac{x}{30}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{20} \implies \cfrac{x}{30} ~~=~~ 5\implies \boxed{x=150}

so to make 100% you would need to times the number of cards by 5 therefore it would be:

30x5= 150 cards
