Answer is also in the attachment
y - 5 = 8/9 (x - 4)

Step by step

M = 8/9
Points (4, 5)

Point slope form y - y1 = m (x - x1)

Fill in m, y1 and x1

y - 5 = 8/9 (x - 4)

To solve, Distribute

y - 5 = 8/9x - 32/9
Add 5 to both sides to solve for y

y -5 +5 = 8/9x -32/9 +5

y = 8/9x + 1 4/9
