Answer: 15

Explanation:

Jack raised 3 times the amount of money Tamara raised. Meaning however much Tamara raised, Jack raised 3 times that amount.

So, all you have to do is do 45 divided by 3. Which is 15.

And to check to see if you are correct, do 15 times 3. And you get 45!
