The perimeter and area are

for x = 5

perimeter = 16

area = 15

for x = 9

perimeter = 28

area = 45

for x = 4.6

perimeter = 19.2

area = 23

How to find the perimeter and area

The perimeter is calculated by

2(length + width)

The area is calculated by

length * width

for x = 5

perimeter = 2(5 + 3) = 16

area = (5 * 3 = 15

for x = 9

perimeter = 2(5 + 9) = 28

area = 5 * 9 = 45

for x = 4.6

perimeter = 2(5 + 4.6) = 19.2

area = 5 * 4.6 = 23
