Naoya read a book cover to cover in a single session, at a rate of 55 pages per hour. After 4 hours, he had 350 pages left to read.
Let y represent the number of pages left to read after x hours.

Naoya devoured a book at the rate of 55 pages per hour.

He finished reading the pages in 4 hours = 554 = 220

Given that there are 350 pages remaining to read after 4 hours,Total page count in the book = 220 + 350 = 570

Number of pages read if he read the book for x hours = 55x

And the number of pages remaining to be read (y) = 570 - 55x

y = -55x + 570

y-intercept,

y = 0 + 570

y = 570

x-intercept,

0 = -55x + 570

x = 10.36

Positive x and y intercepts are shown by graph (C).

As a result, Graph (C) will be the correct answer.
