The graph exhibits an increasing trend for x > 1.0 and decreasing at x < 1.0. While the absolute minimum is at 3.0

How to find the values

The values are found by examining the graph for the features

A graph is increasing on an interval if, as you move from left to right along the x-axis, when this happens the corresponding y-values increase.

Conversely, A graph decreases on an interval if, as you move from left to right along the x-axis, the corresponding y-values decreases.

The absolute minimum of the graph occurs at x = 3.0, representing the point with the lowest value.
