Sal was obviously not happy as he had made a reservation. This meant that his room was booked for him meaning that no one should be able to get that room as it was already reserved by Sal.

The hotel then suggested Sal to move to a more expensive room and was expected to pay more than what he had in mind. This is the hotels wrong doing as Sal had booked that room for a reason as it probably wasn’t as expensive. Now that he has to pay more and lose his original room, Sal has a reason to be mad.
