1. 4x + 3y = 15

2. 3.x - 4y = 8
3. y +1 = (x – 6)
4. y = – 5
Which pair of lines are parallel?
a. 3 and 4
b. 1 and 2
c. 1 and 3
d. 2 and 4​

Well this is actually quite a difficult one.
Simplify each
1. y = -4/3x + 5
2. y = 3/4x - 2
3. y = x - 7
4. y = -5
I actually don’t see one that would work for a parallel line. Are you sure that this is everything because number 4 wouldn’t work for anything considering it doesn’t have a slope. So I would say either B or C but I don’t see either working unless I’m just missing something.
