(13)/(8) , perpendicular =
(-8)/(13)

Explanation:

to find slope, formula:
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

:
(6--7)/(6--2)

:
(13)/(8)

if parallel, same slope, so slope = 13/8

if perpendicular, slope = -1/n = -1/13/8 = -8/13 is the perpendicular slope.
