The author uses lists to tell you about each fact. Each number is one fact. They don’t go in chronological order because it’s not telling the process. It doesn’t show a problem or a solution throughout the whole thing do that wouldn’t work either. It isn’t a cause and effect because that’s the same thing as problem and solution. Therefore the answer is C. Fact by fact
