The reflected polygon is in the image below.

Let's find the new vertices:

A reflection over y = -x uses the following rule:

(x, y) --> (-y, -x)

If we apply that to each of the given vertices, we will get the new ones which are:

A' = (0, -2)

B' = (-4, -3)

C' = (-4, -6)

D' = (0, -5)
