To find the slope of the graph of function:

Adding 2 to the input of f:

This creates a new function g(x) = f(x + 2).

According to function composition, g(x) = -7(x + 2) + 9 = -7x - 14 + 9 = -7x - 5.

Lets multiplying the output of g by -3:

This creates a new function h(x) = -3g(x).

According to function composition, h(x) = -3(-7x - 5) = 21x + 15.
