Answer:

(2,1)

Explanation:

x y x y

(-4,1) (2,4) ← This is coordinates two

This is coordinates one

The formula:

m=(y^(2)-y^(1) )/(x^(2) -x^(1) )

Now we need to plug in the numbers.

m=(4-1)/(2--4)

Since there are two subtraction symbols it turns the addition symbol.

m=(4-1)/(2+4)

Now we combine.

m=(3)/(6)

That can be simplified into
m=(1)/(2)

The numerator is y and the denominator is x.

Therefore its (2,1).

I hope this helped. :)
