There were 60 students enrolled in Grade 5 last year. If 66 students are enrolled in the same grade level this year, what is the percentage increase in the number of Students?

There is a 10% increase

There are 6 more students this year than there were last year.

If you find what 10% of 60 is and add that to 60, you'll find that it'll equal 66.

60 * 0.10 = 6


10\% \: of \: 60 \: is \: 6


60 + 6 = 66
