Hi there!

Multiply 33.7 with 0.01...

33.7·
0.01=0.337

Then multiply 0.337 with the cases which is 220.

0.337·
220=74.14

This means that 33.7% of 22 is 74.14 and this also means that the increased cases this year is 74.14.
