In coca cola the ingridents are : CARBONATED WATER.

HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.
CARAMEL COLOR.
PHOSPHORIC ACID.
NATURAL FLAVORS.
CAFFEINE. my question is that is the caffienne turning it black or the carmel coler

Coca-Cola (and other Colas) are dark because food colouring is added to the mixture (caramel colour) to create the traditional colour of colas.

Today we still colour our colas this way, because of tradition: That is the colour colas are supposed to be.
