The equation with the given vertex is y = 7*(x + 3)² + 9.

How to find the equation?

Remember that a parabola with a vertex (h, k) and a leading coefficient a, can be written as:

y = a*(x - h)² + k

Here we want our function to be like f(x)=7x², so our leading coefficient must be 7, and the vertex (-3, 9), then, we can write our equation as:

y = 7*(x + 3)² + 9
