To find:

The exterior angle of the triangle m∠NPI.

Solution:

According to the exterior angle theorem, value of exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the opposite interior angles.

Using the exterior angle theorem, we get


m\angle NPI=65^\circ+78^\circ


m\angle NPI=143^\circ

Therefore, the measure of angle NPI is 143 degrees.
