A person riding a bike has a mass of 55kg. They are moving with a velocity of 2m/s. What is the Kinetic Energy of the person?

KE = 1/2mass • velocity^2
So, if we take half of 55, we get 27.5
Next, we take 2, and square it, getting 4.
