Acceleration = change is velocity/ change in time

Given;

u (initial velocity) = 1 m/s

v (final velocity)= 5m/s

initial time = 9s

final time = 10s

Req. ;

a=?

Solution;

a = v-u/ final time - initial time

= (5-1)m/s divided by (10-9)s

= 4m/s divided by 1s

= 4 m/s^2
