w=0.8/0.2 kg x 20m =0.2s^-2
square root for both sides is
w=0.447s^-1
maximum velocity
vmax=0.447s^-1 x 20m
vmax = 8.94 m/s
period T
T=2pie/0.447s^-1
T=14.08 s
so
velocity is 8.94 m/s
and period T is 14.08 s
