Step-by-step explanation:

Dr. Robert Ballard was an oceanographer (one who studies the ocean), he dreams to find the wreckage of the lost Titanic ship came with great challenges which included research funding and permission from the government to carry out the search.

To overcome this challenge, over the years Ballard had to learn new wreckage searching techniques as well as learning/designing advance underwater sea equipment such as Argo, an unmanned device that was equipped with cameras that provided live video feeds of the seafloor. After a diligent search for a second time, Ballard and his team overcame the problem and to his delight found the titanic.
