(4x + 2)(5x - 3)

Multiply:

4x(5x) = 20x^2
4x(-3) = -12x
2(5x) = 10x
2(-3) = -6

Combine Like Terms:

10x-12x = -2x

Answer:
20x^2 - 2x - 6

20x^2−2x−6

Explanation:

(4x+2)(5x+−3)

=(4x)(5x)+(4x)(−3)+(2)(5x)+(2)(−3)

=20x2−12x+10x−6
