If you answer this, could you just explain how to do it, rather than give an answer, please? Thx!

Rewrite the expression without using a negative exponent.
Simplify your answer as much as possible.

(1)/(4p^(-2) )

Answer:

p^2/4

Step-by-step explanation:

Just move p^-2 to the numerator and then by using the negative exponent rule you solve the equation.

The negative exponent rule works as follows. let's say you have 1/2^-2 the negative exponent rule basically tells you. You need to remove the negative and make the fraction like 1/5^2. there's a websit that explains it so i'm gonna copy it.

Step one:

Rewrite the negative exponent as a fraction

If you had 5^-2 you'd make it -25 over 1 so 1/-25

Step two:

Remove the Negative sign and move the value to the denominator

1/25 would be 0.04 and then you'd solve the answer like so
