Rule for the rotation of a point (x, y) 90° counterclockwise about the origin ,

(x, y) → (-y, x)

That means coordinates of a point (x, y) becomes (-y, x) after the rotation of 90° counterclockwise about the origin.

Following this rule,

M(-2, 5) → M'(-5, -2)

N(3, 2) → N'(-2, 3)

L(-2, 1) → L'(-1, -2)

Now we can draw the image triangle M'N'L' with the help of these image points.
