No, I do not think that Air Force General Charles Q. Brown Jr. want to run for president through his analysis of China. He just gave a speech that is no where related to having intentions to be president.

General Charles Q. Brown Jr., the current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has not publicly expressed any desire to run for president. His analysis of China and the broader geopolitical landscape has not been explicitly linked to any potential presidential ambitions.

However, Brown's expertise in national security and his experience as a senior military leader could make him a formidable candidate if he chose to run for office.

So, In my own view, It is too early to say whether or not Brown will ever run for president. Note also that, he is a rising star in American politics, and his name is already being mentioned as a potential candidate in future elections.
