So the issue is that I have to find C using the Pythagoras theorem but both a and b values are below 1. It is given that a=0.4 and B=0.5, after doing the math I received c= 0.41 but I'm unsure if that's correct because the Hypotenus is supposed to be the longest side? please tell me how to solve for C.

Answer:

c = 0.3

Explanation:

c = √0.5² - 0.4² = √0.09 = 0.3
