Answer:

The y-int=(0,26)

The x-int=(-6.5,0)

Explanation:

y-int=(0,#)

x-int=(#,0)

y-6=4(x+5)

simplify:

y-6=4x+20

y=4x+26

Because in y-int x is zero, we can substitute 0 for x:

y=4(0)+26

y=26

The y-int=(0,26)

y-6=4x+20

rearrange:

4x+20=y-6

simplify:

4x=y-26

substitute 0 for y.

4x=0-26

4x=-26

x=-6.5

The x-int=(-6.5,0)
