For the set of triangle vertices, find the coordinates of the vertices of the image after a dilation by the given scale factor and center of dilation. Then graph the preimage and image on a separate sheet of paper.

D(4, 4), F(0, 0), G(8, 0), k=0.75
, centered at the origin

The graph as required are attached

What is dilation?

Dilation is a transformation in geometry that involves the resizing or scaling of a figure, while maintaining its shape and orientation.

The dilation was achieved with center of dilation located at origin and a dilation factor of 0.75

Since the dilation factor is less than 1 but greater than zero, the resulting dilation will be reduction in size
